We suggest the ECF19 participants to book your hotel accommodation as soon as possible. The certain way to reserve a hotel accommodation is with our website where we still have reserved contingents at different hotel categories. Please use our website, follow the link "Reserve" and book the hotel room you wish.

How to book your hotel
Participants can make hotel reservations by using the hotel booking service provided by the Organizing Committee. Organizers of the ECF19 attained an agreement on priority reservation of rooms and special price for ECF19 participants with the following hotels: Korston, Park Inn, Ibis, Marriott, Hayall, and Bulgar. Participants wishing to make their hotel reservation through our booking service are kindly asked to follow the instructions on the website. The links posted on ECF19 website provide switching to room reservation procedure. Having clicked the links, you will see the information on the reservation procedure in each hotel and choose whether to proceed with reservation or terminate the process in the chosen hotel. When choosing the hotel, please pay attention to the number of rooms available for reservation.
If you decide to make reservation in a different way, there may be no rooms available for the period of ECF19 conference. We would like to inform you kindly at the time of the conference Kazan is normally fully booked. The given reservation procedure does not mean that the Organizing Committee claims its responsibility for the process or confirmation of reservation, since having clicked the posted links, the participants start conversing directly with the hotel reservation service.

In addition to hotels the Organizing Committee can provide the young participants of the conference are not expensive rooms in the dormitory. In this case, ordering room participants should contact the committee directly at Nicholas Dushin by e-mail: ndushin@bk.ru.

We would be very grateful if you could name the hotel you have booked in in the corresponding form of your registration page on the Conference site. This will help to organize a comfortable transportation service for the conference participants.

Payment by credit card is available

Now you have an opportunity to pay registration fee in a traditional way of Internet-online payment with the use of personal credit card and its requisites. To pay with a credit card, please login to your registration page on the Conference site and follow the "Payment" link.

Full paper submission deadline is extended

Many of our colleagues have successfully submitted their full papers for the ECF'19 in Kazan. However, many others are preparing the full papers and ask the Organizing Committee to extend the deadline for the manuscript submission. Taking in mind these requests the Organizing Committee decided to extend the deadline to 05 May 2012. We pay your attention that uploading of the full papers is carried out in the corresponding form of your registration page on the Conference site.

Payment information

Conference payment starting in March 2012. It is highly recommended to pay the conference fee as soon as possible to take advantage of early bird discounts. All payments have to be made by credit card or bank transfer. Please follow the instructions on the conference site. Please note that all banking costs must be paid by the participant. The name and address of the participant as well as the details of the payment should be clearly indicated when completing the bank transfer.

Please specify the title of the Conference (ECF19), your name and surname as the description of payment. Please note that all bank charges must be covered by a remitter.

When your payment has been fulfilled, we kindly ask you to specify the requisites of your payment in the corresponding form of your registration page on the Conference site.

The deadline for the Conference fee is fixed on 30 April for paying a lower fee. Further, note that inclusion of paper in the ECF19 Program is conditional upon the receipt of the Conference fee for at least one author of each paper within 31 May, 2012.

Abstract submission deadline is extended

In the present time on the ECF19 site 650 our colleagues from 47 countries have registered. Many of our colleagues successfully submitted their abstracts for the ECF'19 in Kazan. However, many others are preparing the abstracts and ask the Organizing Committee to extend the deadline for the abstract submission. Taking in mind the year's end problems the Organizing Committee decided to extend the deadline to 20 January 2012.

Special Sessions and Mini-Symposia

Currently the List of Sessions has been completed with two new types of sessions: Special Sessions (SS) and Mini-Symposia (MS). The Organizing Committee continues accepting proposals for the organization of additional SS & MS.
To submit the abstract to the SS or MS the speakers invited by the organizers of the SS or MS need to select the position "Invited Speaker on SS or MS" and the title of SS or MS from the suggested list during the registration on the website. If you would like to participate at the SS or MS and have not been invited by the Session organizers, then please select the position "Speaker on SS or MS" during the registration on the website. Then the organizers will inform you about the acceptance of your submission either to SS or MS or other Sessions.
